Rules:
1) Your Site must be online for at least 2 Weeks. No Coming soon, hiatus, or brb sites.
2) Your Site must be appropriate for all ages. (no porn, gambling, etc.)
3) No Free Sites accepted! (e.g. freewebs, geocites, tripod, blogspot, etc.
4) Your Site must be hosted or have a domain
5) Your Site must have a minimum of 40+ Unique Hits a day.
6) Please Link back to Unleashed-Titans.com in the appropriate section you're applying for.
7) If you don't hear a reply within two weeks then you've been rejected.
8) Currently Accepting Elite, Top, and Regular.
9) If you are applying for Top affiliates then next to your name please state it!
